Mold
Design
Mold design, the first phase of the injection molding process
is accomplished on our CAD system utilizing software specifically
created for this purpose. The formal drawings provided by
this procedure are critical to providing specifications and
control during production and future maintenance of the mold.
Tooling
Services
Atlantis' on-site tool shop uses state of the art cncs, edms
and grinders. MasterCam is our primary system used for manufacturing
tools. We also utilize Solidworks with MoldFlow and AutoCad.
Atlantis software can easily translate almost any file type
including Catia and Pro E.
