Tooling

Atlantis designs and builds tools on-site and overseas. Standard tools are typically multi-cavity runnerless systems made from fully hardened S7 tool steel or 420SS. Atlantis' on-site tool shop uses state of the art cncs, edms and grinders. MasterCam is our primary system used for manufacturing tools. We also utilize Solidworks with MoldFlow and AutoCad. Atlantis software can easily translate almost any file type including Catia and Pro E.
